Pool again

Had the Elwood kids over to swim a little and cool off!

Kids At the County Fair

We looked at all the animals, watched a sherriff's mounted deputy horse demo, the canine unit demo, and a guy who did a comedy skit with a diving board and a trampoline. Of course we ate really well - cheese curds, blooming onion, corn dogs, fries - real health food! The kids thought the cotton candy was great.

Hanging out today, getting ready for the next week! Jenny

Itasca State Park

Went to Itasca last Monday, while we were camping in Bemidji. Lots to see - new interpretive center, the headwaters, biggest white & red pines and the fire tower. Kids really enjoyed seeing everything!

Night in DL

Last thursday, I took the kids to DL quick to visit with Dorothy, Bob & Martha, Nancy, Jo, Steve, Jim, Wendy, Gorman's and mom & dad.

Soccer

Went to their second game tonight, and the team was MUCH IMPROVED! They really played well together, and it payed off - they won the game -2-0! Nicole was pretty excited about the win...we went to Gordy's for ice cream afterwards to celebrate.

Playing in the Pool

Last night, the kids were playing in the pool after Nicole had soccer practice. She has a game tonight, so I should be able to send some pictures from that too! We had another visit from the neighborhood fox last night - was sure busy around here!

Brock came over for a couple hours to play with Nate too- they have not seen each other in a LONG time! Both of them were just wired to play - they ran around constantly for over 2 hours! Was fun to see them together again.
